My User is locked what should I do?


First, try to reset your password using the "Forgot password" button below the login, if after resetting your password you are still locked, please contact the support in the chat below.
Don't forget! your password must contain all the following characteristics:
at least 8 characters
with at least 1 number
1 cap English latter
1 regular English latter
and 1 special sign

second, we advise you to clean the cache in your browser, it can help you sign into your account. for that, you need to press CTRL+SHIFT+DELETE together and choose "clean Cached images and files:".

I have a kosher phone and can't receive SMS what should I do?


On the SMS screen, you can press "call me" and get the code via call.

If you are using Safari as your browser: 
This could be caused by "cross-site tracking, “ enabled by default in Safari settings.
Please go to Safari → Preferences → Privacy → uncheck the “Prevent cross-site tracking” option. Refresh the page and try to log in again


If you are using Chrome as your browser:
This could be caused by the cookie setting in Chrome.
Please go to Chrome settings→ privacy and security→ make sure that the "Block third-party cookies" is disabled and the "Block third-party cookies in Incognito mode" is enabled.
Refresh the page and try to log in again
