Navigate to Payments - Left-hand menu → Payments
Choose Transfer Type

Single Transfer – One recipient, one transaction
Mass Transfer – Multiple payments in one file (ideal for payroll or vendors)

Enter Transfer Details Fill in:

Beneficiary
Amount & currency
Payment method

⚠️ Important Notes

Beneficiary must be pre-approved in your contact list before initiating the payment.
Processing time: Transfers typically settle within three business days (subject to destination and currency).

No worries — here’s how to regain access quickly and securely.

1️⃣ Reset Your Password

On the login screen, click “Forgot Password”
Follow the prompts to set a new password Password Requirements:
Minimum 8 characters
At least 1 number
At least 1 uppercase and 1 lowercase English letter
At least 1 special character (e.g., !, @, #)

2️⃣ Still Locked?

If the reset didn’t resolve the issue:

Clear your browser cache
Press CTRL + SHIFT + DELETE
Select “Cached images and files” → Clear
Reattempt login

Send Money (For private users)

Sending money allows you to send money to yourself or someone else. You can choose between 2 sending options: Create payment manually or Upload invoice file

Create payment manually Single payment by beneficiary, the money will debited immediately from your current balance up to the current rate. If you've sent to this account before, you can find it in the "Select Beneficiary" list or "Add New" if this is the first time you're sending to this account.

If you select "Add New" you will be required to manually fill in the account information. Your beneficiary needs to be approved by us first, we verify the beneficiaries all the time so if it is still "pending" just wait a few minutes.

Upload invoice file: If you have an invoice file you can upload it here and the payment will be automatically created. You can upload several invoices here and make several payments

Okoora makes it easy to fund your wallet in over 100 currencies — securely and efficiently.

🛠️ Step-by-Step: Adding Money (All Currencies Except ILS)

Go to "Add Money" - Upper-right menu → Click Add Money
Select “Other Currencies” - Choose this to fund any non-ILS currency wallet.
Choose Your Currency - Select the currency you'd like to receive (e.g., USD, EUR, GBP).

✅ Your wallet account details will be displayed — including bank info and routing codes.

📌 Important Reminder Each currency operates through a dedicated wallet account. To receive EUR, you must send funds directly to your EUR wallet. The same applies to all supported currencies. You can also share this account info with customers or partners for inbound payments.

To send or receive funds through Okoora’s infrastructure, every counterparty must first be registered as a contact.

🔁 Contact Types

Beneficiary – A recipient of outgoing payments.
Payer – A sender of incoming payments to your account.

🛠️ How to Add a New Contact

Navigate to Contacts via the left-hand menu.
Click ADD to create a new contact.
Select the Contact Type: Beneficiary or Payer.
Complete the form with all required details.
Submit for approval.

⚠️ Note: Contact verification can take up to three business days. You’ll receive a notification once the contact is approved and ready for transactions.

I don't see a payment sent to me from myself or from a third party:

First, make sure you've reported the payment using the "Add" flow, here's an explanation for that business account or private account.
The wallet will be updated at the closest time frame of Dailey's approvals: Sun-Thu: 9:00, 12:00, 14:00, 16:00 | Fri: 9:00, 12:00

I reported a different amount/date than the payment:

Don't worry, just make another report with the correct information, and the second report will be deleted automatically

I want to add a new currency to my account
