Effortless Transfers with Okoora

Making a transfer with Okoora is quick and simple. Just follow these steps:

Go to Payments – Click on the "Payments" tab, In the navigation bar on the left.
Select Your Transfer Type – Choose between a single or mass transfer.
Enter Transfer Details – Fill in all the required fields to complete your transaction.

⚠️ Please Note:

The recipient must be set up as a beneficiary in the system before making a transfer.
Transfers are typically processed within three business days.

That’s it! Your transfer will be on its way.

My User Is Locked – What Should I Do?

Reset Your Password – Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and follow the steps to reset your password.
Still Locked? – If resetting your password doesn’t work, contact support via the chat below.
Check Your Password Requirements: Ensure your new password includes:

At least 8 characters
At least **1 number **
1 uppercase English letter
1 lowercase English letter
1 special character

Clear Your Browser Cache – This may help resolve login issues:

Press CTRL + SHIFT + DELETE on your keyboard.
Select “Cached images and files” and clear them.
Try signing in again.

The System Returns to the Login Screen After Entering the SMS PIN Code

If you're experiencing this issue, it may be caused by your browser’s privacy settings.

For Safari Users:

Go to Safari → Preferences → Privacy

Send Money (For private users)

Sending money allows you to send money to yourself or someone else. You can choose between 2 sending options: Create payment manually or Upload invoice file

Create payment manually Single payment by beneficiary, the money will debited immediately from your current balance up to the current rate. If you've sent to this account before, you can find it in the "Select Beneficiary" list or "Add New" if this is the first time you're sending to this account.

If you select "Add New" you will be required to manually fill in the account information. Your beneficiary needs to be approved by us first, we verify the beneficiaries all the time so if it is still "pending" just wait a few minutes.

Upload invoice file: If you have an invoice file you can upload it here and the payment will be automatically created. You can upload several invoices here and make several payments

I don't see a payment sent to me from myself or from a third party:

First, make sure you've reported the payment using the "Add" flow, here's an explanation for that business account or private account.

Adding Foreign Currency to Your Okoora Account

Easily Add Money to Your Okoora Account (All Currencies Except ILS)

Before transferring funds to your Okoora wallet, ensure you have an account in the desired currency. Once set up, adding money is quick and simple.

Here's How:

"Add Money" – Navigate to the "Add Money" section (In the upper right corner).
Select "Other Currencies" – Choose this option to proceed.
Pick Your Currency – Select the currency you want to fund.

That's it, your account is ready, you can transfer money directly to this account or give it to your customers to receive payments easily. Important Note: Each currency requires a separate account. This means that if you want to receive EUR, you must transfer the funds specifically to your EUR account.

Setting Up Contacts

Before you can send or receive payments, you need to create a contact in the system:

Beneficiary – A contact you send payments to.
Payer – A contact who sends payments to you.

How to Create a Contact:

Go to Contacts – Click on "Contacts" in the left navigation bar.
Add a New Contact – Click on "ADD".
Select Contact Type – Choose Beneficiary or Payer.
Fill in the Details – Enter all required information and save.

**⚠️ Please Note: **Contact approval may take up to three business days.

Once confirmed, your contact will be ready for transactions.
