No worries — here’s how to regain access quickly and securely.

1️⃣ Reset Your Password

• On the login screen, click “Forgot Password”
• Follow the prompts to set a new password

Password Requirements:

• Minimum 8 characters
• At least 1 number
• At least 1 uppercase and 1 lowercase English letter
• At least 1 special character (e.g., !, @, #)

2️⃣ Still Locked?

If the reset didn’t resolve the issue:

• Clear your browser cache
• Press CTRL + SHIFT + DELETE
• Select “Cached images and files” → Clear
• Reattempt login
