My User Is Locked – What Should I Do?
Reset Your Password – Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and follow the steps to reset your password.
Still Locked? – If resetting your password doesn’t work, contact support via the chat below.
Check Your Password Requirements: Ensure your new password includes:
At least 8 characters
At least 1 number
1 uppercase English letter
1 lowercase English letter
1 special character
Clear Your Browser Cache – This may help resolve login issues:
Press CTRL + SHIFT + DELETE on your keyboard.
Select “Cached images and files” and clear them.
Try signing in again.
If the issue persists, reach out to support via chat.

The System Returns to the Login Screen After Entering the SMS PIN Code
If you're experiencing this issue, it may be caused by your browser’s privacy settings.
For Safari Users:
Go to Safari → Preferences → Privacy
Uncheck the “Prevent cross-site tracking” option
Refresh the page and try logging in again
For Chrome Users:
Open Chrome Settings → Privacy and Security
Ensure "Block third-party cookies" is disabled
Ensure "Block third-party cookies in Incognito mode" is enabled
Refresh the page and try logging in again
