My User is locked what should I do? 

First, try to reset your password using "Forgot password" button below the login, if after resetting your password you are still locked, please contact the support in the chat below. 

Don't forget! your password must contain all the following characteristics: 

•  at least 8 characters
• with at least 1 number
• 1 cap English latter
• 1 regular English latter
• and 1 special sign

second, we advise you to clean cache at your browser, it can help you sign into your account. for that you need to press CTRL+SHIFT+DELETE together and choose "clean Cached images and files:". 

If this problem still occurs, please contact the support in the chat. 

I don't receive SMS what should I do?

First, you can press on "resent SMS" button.

second you can press on "call me" and get the code via call. 

third, if it's not working you can try to "clean cache" in your browser. 

I have a kosher phone and can't receive SMS what should I do?
