A Payer is any account that sends you money directly to your wallet at Okoora. Also, your own foreign account needs to be created as a payer.
Before receiving the money, you need to add a new payer that will be approved by our compliance department.
To add a new payer, you simply go to the contacts section and chose "add a new contact."
Then click on the payer and continue with the guide based on the profile of the payer you would like to open.
My Accounts: this reason refers to your bank account in Israel, and you only need to enter your bank details. If the transfer is from your overseas account, you will fill in your bank details with the supporting documents, such as Payer’s bank account management certificate.
Payments For Exporting Goods or services:
If this is your reason for payments, we will ask for supporting documents such as invoice/business reference/services agreement and Payer’s bank account management certificate.
Payment For Labor/Return On Investment: In order to receive money for this reason, you will need to upload the Payer’s bank account management certificate and A valid copy of the primary investment transfer from you to the payer's bank account.
Other: If your reason is not lined with any of the above reasons, for example, you canceled the contract with your supplier and he send the money back, you will need to upload the Payer’s bank account management certificate
After setting a new payer you will see it on the table on "Pending" status, this will change after our teams approve the payer information if necessary.
