I Did a Wire of Money From My Local Israeli Bank But I Can't See it in the Balance:  

First, make sure that you didn't skip the phase that you need to report at that deposit. if you forget that's alright you can report it now. due to the ADD button---> from myself---> choose your account or add new---> fill in the amount---> choose if it is a regular wire or gold---> the date of wire---> approve terms. 

if the transfer is a gold transaction via IBAN, the wallet will be updated at the closest time frame of Dailey approvals: 09:00, 12:00, 14:00, or 16:00.  if you still can't see it, please contact the support team in the chat below. 

I Did a Wire of Money from a Third Party, but I Can't See it in the Balance:

Make sure that you didn't skip the phase that you need to report at that deposit using the ADD button--> from someone else--> choose your payer or add new --> fill in the amount--> Well Done.

I Added Money But You Didn't Accept it.

No Worries, if the transfer has been declined for any reason the money will be sent back to the sender. it might take several days depending on your provider. 

I Transfer a Different Amount Which I Reported What Should I Do? 

No worries, you need to report again by pressing on the Add button. 

I Wire 3 Different Amounts on the Same Day from my Bank Should I Report Only the Total Sum?

No. each transaction needs its own deposit action, you will need to press the "Add button" and report it. 

I Qant Another Wallet What Should I Do? 

At the end of the wallet list, you can add a new wallet based on the currencies you still didn't open, just click on it and chose the right currency.
