# How to recover a password FAQ

###### 🔒 Locked Out of Your Okoora Account?

No worries — here’s how to regain access quickly and securely.

###### 1️⃣ Reset Your Password

* On the login screen, click **“Forgot Password”**
* Follow the prompts to set a new password
**Password Requirements:**
* Minimum **8 characters**
* At least **1 number**
* At least **1 uppercase** and **1 lowercase** English letter
* At least **1 special character** (e.g., `!`, `@`, `#`)

###### 2️⃣ Still Locked?

If the reset didn’t resolve the issue:
* **Clear your browser cache**
* Press `CTRL + SHIFT + DELETE`
* Select **“Cached images and files”** → Clear
* Reattempt login
